I remember when I first saw the preview for this Indiana Jones sequel, and hearing that Sean Connery would be playing Indi's dad I was super excited. By then I knew him from his Bond work and The Great Train Robbery, but at the end of the day, I was just floored to be getting another great adventure movie with Indiana Jones. Raiders blue my mind, Doom scared the living s&#t out of me, but Crusade hit the sweet spot. Incredible action, riddles and treasure hunting, all while filling in a lot of character background about WHO Indiana Jones was, what motivated him, and most importantly why snakes were the only thing that seemed to scare him!
This movie also stirred something in me that to this day drives some of my interests. I'm pretty drawn by anything having to do with the holy grail. From Monty Python, to history documentaries, to video games, you name it, if its got a grail component I'm in! I mean, come on, what is geocaching if not the search for the most elusive of items over and over again! :)
And what better way to honor a treasure hunting movie than by putting out a cache highlighting some of its greatest parts. I hope you enjoy. To help you get started I tracked down a critical page of Henry Jones' grail diary...surely there's a clue that could prove useful in where to start looking, right? Good luck on your quest!
